Kim has completed 200 YRT yoga and has been an instructior for more than 20 years. She is also experienced in varying yoga styles, including Hatha, Christian Yoga, Anusara, Vinyasa Flow, Children’s & Gentle Yoga. Presently, she is excited about the studies of Aerial Yoga, Yoga for the Deaf, Street Yoga for Teens at risk and Yoga for PTSD.
Kim's teaching style: Classes are encouraging, entertaining, challenging and accessible. Her hope is that every student leaves class feeling accomplished and supported. Yoga doesn’t have to be serious. We have a lot of fun!
